All shirts are top of the line black heavy duty brand name shirts, 100% preshrunk cotton. We do not use cheap thin shirts, you will be very happy with the quality. We apply your chosen design on each shirt using Direct-to-garment printing, and check for quality before being mailed to you. WE DO NOT USE HEAT TRANSFERS OR LOW QUALITY IRON-ONS. November Fire shirts are the real deal and will not wash out or fade, the design will last the life of the shirt. With years of use the shirt will distress possibly becoming your favorite T shirt!
Follow the instructions bellow for the Right Garment / T-shirts Care:
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING PATCHES WITH HEAT SEAL BACKING
1) Preheat the machine to 325° F.
2) Place the patch on the desired position, and cover it with a light-weighted cloth.
3) Then, iron with firm pressure for 10 to 15 seconds.
4) Preferably, heat from both topside and underside of the garment.
5) After it is cooled down, check the adhesion.
Note: Fabrics vary. You need to perform a preliminary test first. Patches are only to be applied to fabrics that can withstand temperatures of 325 ° F. Satin, nylon, or waterproof fabric might not be suitable to apply to. If the garment you are customizing will see heavy use we suggest you sew it on.
Shipping is calculated on the amount of your purchase. It will be added to your cart at check-out automatically. We ship everything United States Postal service, United States orders are sent Priority.
PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY
We ship internationally and your shipping will be calculated at checkout. International shipping has no tracking number, we can provide from where and the date your package was sent if requested. We will be happy to add tracking to any international order upon request and payment for the additional postage that tracking incurs. Please email us in advance of your order so we can work out the details. November Fire will not be held responsible for lost orders.
All sales are final. No refunds.
You may exchange unused (do not wash) shirt for a different size, same design only (Shipping payment is required.).
Defective shirts will be replaced upon inspection, contact us before returning a defect. We will not accept any exchange after ten days of order delivery.
If you want to pay by cash, check, or money order, simply use the shopping cart and print it out when you are finished. Do not use the "check out now" option, as this is for credit card or PayPal orders. California residents: remember to add 8.5% tax. Mail printout and payment to the address at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
